These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VVIP Fans (the "Platform"), operated by VVIP Fans LLC. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VVIP Fans.
1. Eligibility & age
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use VVIP Fans. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Every creator and every person appearing in uploaded content must also be 18 or older. We require identity and age verification prior to allowing any creator to upload or monetize content and may suspend accounts that fail it.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for all activity under your account.
- Keep your password secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- One person may not operate multiple accounts to evade suspensions or restrictions.
3. Creators, content & ownership
Creators retain ownership of the content they post. By posting, you grant VVIP Fans a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, encode, display and deliver that content solely to operate the Platform (for example, showing it to fans you have granted access to). This licence ends when the content is removed, except for copies we must retain for legal or backup purposes.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
4. Prohibited content & conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate removal, permanent suspension and reporting to authorities:
- Any content featuring minors, child sexual exploitation, or anyone who appears to be a minor.
- Non-consensual content, or content posted without the express written consent of everyone depicted.
- Content depicting real violence, coercion, trafficking, bestiality, or other illegal acts.
- Impersonation, harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or threats.
- Uploading someone else's content without permission (see DMCA Policy).
- Spam, malware, scraping, or attempts to breach Platform security.
5. Records (18 U.S.C. §2257)
Creators are responsible for maintaining age and identity records for every performer in their content as required by 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. VVIP Fans LLC maintains copies of creator verification at: VVIP Fans LLC, Custodian of Records. For complete details, see our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.
6. Payments, subscriptions & billing
- Fans may subscribe to creators, unlock pay-per-view content, or send tips. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
- Billing Descriptors: Payment processing services for VVIP Fans are provided by authorized payment partners, including Payment Processor. Depending on your payment method, transactions may appear on your billing statement as VVIP Fans or similar descriptors.
- You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time from your account settings under Subscriptions, or directly through Payment Processor Consumer Support (support.ccbill.com).
- All purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Except as required by law or as expressly stated in that policy, purchases are non-refundable once digital content is unlocked or a subscription period begins.
- VVIP Fans retains a platform fee of 17% on creator earnings; the remainder is payable to creators under section 7.
7. Creator payouts
Eligible creators may withdraw earnings once they meet the minimum payout threshold of $50, subject to identity/tax verification and a holding period of 14 days to cover chargebacks and refunds. We may withhold payouts linked to fraud, chargebacks, or Terms violations. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations.
8. Fan conduct & content use
Content you access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, screenshot for redistribution, download (except where a creator explicitly enables it), resell, or publish creators' content anywhere. Doing so may be a breach of these Terms and of the creator's copyright.
9. Copyright & DMCA
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please consult our DMCA & Copyright Policy or send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@vvip.fans.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive continue after termination.
11. Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVIP Fans is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
